Dell scan manager not detecting 2335dn MFP

I have removed, re-installed the Dell printer software twice and I cannot seem to get the scan manager to connect to the printer via the IP. If I hit search or enter it manually it still cannot detect it. I have the Windows firewall turned off and both the workstation and MFP are on the same subnet. I can ping it and print to it as well
