2130cn - How to replace the transfer belt
Talked with Support and they said they will not sell a replacement belt they only provide it if the unit is under warranty.
I have 4 2130cn's and I call pull the transfer belt from one to put in the faulty unit to confirm the transfer belt is the problem.
I assumed once I knew for sure, i could buy a replacement transfer belt online somewhere.
The service tech sent me instructions for a different printer and they don't work for the 2130cn, so any help greatly appreciated.

The transfer belt on this unit is normally only replaced by a technician as at requires quite-a-bit of parts removal... This part is the black shiny belt on the inside of the front cover (if you were to open the front door, you would see the transfer belt when looking straight down). The PHD - print head device - also known as the drum, is customer replacable and is identified by the four dark blue rollers when opening the front cover.
Are you positive you are needing to replace the transfer belt?
