Warranty Differences Prosupport vs Onsite Service After Remote Diagnosis

I am a little confused by what difference there is if any between the different warranty levels for a Dell R720 server.  Is prosupport 4 hr vs next day or?

Hello.

ProSupport 4 hr and Next Business Day (NBD) cover both hardware and software support for your Dell server. The difference is the response time depending on the availability of spare parts and some times weather. Typically for ProSupport 4 hr, you will expect your spare parts or onsite technician to your business site within 4 hours whereas same services are expected before end of the next business day for ProSupport NBD.

Is it correct that under Onsite Service After Remote Diagnosis the customer is responsible and relied upon with such tasks as updating the BIOS of the server in question, including connecting the headless server to a monitor, booting from a flash drive the customer has to prepare himself/herself, selecting the correct recovery steps to update the BIOS? All of the above without any physical presence of a Dell technician onsite, on the customer's premises?
