It looks like the card listed on Amazon is too wide for the bays in the 7020 SFF

Why not a low profile 1650 or 1050?

Or on AMD's side, an RX 550?

I would not recommend the GT 1030, as it is somewhat better than the iGPU, but not by a large margin.

The only reason you might want to get a GT 1030 is if power draw is a concern for you. These cards should all draw their power from the PCI-E slot and not require an additional power connector, but the power supply may be a bit weak in this arena.

What is the wattage of the power supply and what are the amps on the 12v rail?

Why not sell it as is? The integrated video is best for the Optiplex' main purpose--as a business office model. The small psu makes adding video card almost impossible.
