Thanks.

As for PSU

The resin I keep asking about it,is because I don't want to pay too much for something that's isn't compatible with my dell.

but on the other hand,I won cheap dell 790 on

ebay for £10 And it's got four ram slot,so I thinking about swapping the stuff from my 3010 to 790?

so my CPU is i5 3470 would it fit? I will also swap the hdd over too.

and then I will get more ram,16 gb I total.

also seen this GPU on eBay.

EVGA 600W Power Supply 100-W1-0600-K3?

the seller said it's got 6/8pin for the graphics card.

Thanks again.

That card is fake and likely too long to fit.

The price should give away that its not a real RX470

@speedstep

Do you know any good graphic card around that price?

Something that will run well 7 days to die or gta 5

The Power supply needs 150W Combined power for the 3.3v/5v rails.

That means 450W power supply is too small for 75W or larger video card.

2 GIG Radeon 5450 will work without requiring power supply upgrade.

I still would recommend GT1030 2gig card however because its a lot faster.

@speedstep

And after upgrading PSU to a 450W PSU what graphic cards do you think will be the best choice.

It would be good if the price didin't exceed 80usd.

What exactly is wrong with the DDR4 cards?

Is it just that it is slightly slower than DDR5? Or is it the signature of cards which have some other "horrible" problem, and what is that problem exactly?

I'm not contradicting, just trying to learn.

Having a 6 pin means nothing.

Single Spec of WATTS doesnt cut the mustard.

Seasonic made an 850W unit that only has 100W on the 3.3v/5v rails.

It too has issues or doesnt work at all.

EPS12v  and 150W or MORE combined power on 3.3v/5v rails is required.

If your power supply can provide 25 AMPS on 3.3v rails and 32 AMPS on 5v rails and 50 AMPS on the 12V rails and 4 AMPS on the 5VSB rail at the same time it will work.

The problem is that 32 AMPS on 5v rail is 160W.

25 AMPS on 3.3v rail is 82W

50 AMPS on 12v is 600W

4 AMPS on 5vSB is 20W

160 + 82 + 600 + 20  = 862W

Dell 875W unit has 225W combined on 3.3v/5v rails

30 Amps on 3.3v   and 32 on 5v

Visually they look legit.  HOWEVER I cannot read whether they are DDR4 or GDDR5

The only other "GOTCHA" is that you want the GDDR5 version.

There are 2 kinds of GT1030

The DDR4 versions are horrible junk.

I cant read Czech so I have no idea what it says. The pictures look fine.

You want GDDR5 card

You DO NOT WANT DDR4 card.

@donm4599x

From what i learned they are much slower with the same price as the better version.

@speedstep

The descriptions say that one of them has GDDR5 memory and the other one DDR5.

Is it a big diffrence?
