Wireless Qwest DSL Internet - Dell Dimensions 2350 Windows XP Professional

Hi,

I have a Dell Dimension 2350 running Windows XP Professional. I have Qwest DSL via a Motorola 3347 modem.  How do I connect it to the Internet wirelessly....

Thanks, Jeanna

Two importants points to note.  Change the defualt password of the router and use nothing less than WPA configuration for the encryption.  This is all the security you need as long as you use complex password with nothing less thna 10 characters.

Thanks for the information, but don't I need to buy a wireless card or something for my Dell Dimension 2350, since it is not wireless capable?

Any good PCI or USB card would work.  I like Linksys.

Qwest also sells the wireless adapters necessary for laptops and use with their modems.

Not sure this link will work because I used my zip code.

Go to www.qwest.com select Residential Internet, then select modems & adapters.

Hope this helps.
