UP2414Q, powers on, no image on screen
Hello,
I have a problem with above monitor. It is powering on but no image on it. Tried on DVI and HDMI input.
Tried to reset, to access service menu (I read in the forum these advices with according button combinations) but nothing worked. Is there any service where I can send it?
I am living in Bucharest, Romania.
The monitor is from 2014 with serial number: CN-0WWRHC-74445-44H-023L
Thank you.

Dell does not repair monitors or send onsite technicians to troubleshoot monitors. Our policy has always been to exchange them while inside the purchased three year warranty period. Since this UP2414Q is outside of the purchased warranty period (April 17, 2014 to April 17, 2017), your only recourse is to take it to a local Monitor/TV repair center.
* Disconnect EVERY cable (including the power cable) from the rear and side of the monitor
* Wait 5 minutes
* Press and hold in the monitor power button for 10 seconds, then release it
* Reconnect ONLY the power cable to the monitor
* Press the monitor power button. The "No cable" message should appear (page 43). If it does appear, run the stand alone Built-in Diagnostics (page 51). If the "No cable" message and Built-in Diagnostics runs, then the monitor itself is functioning
