U3419W, side USB, no power?
Hi,
I've just switched from a U2312HM to a U3419W. On my previous monitor, the two side USB were able to provide power to recharge, for example, an external battery or a keyboard. The side USB on my U3419W do not perform this same function. I wanted to know if (1) whether this was normal and if not (2) how to solve this?
I also used to have a Logitech Unifier Receiver connected in one of these side USB ports but it is not working anymore with the new U3419W.
Thank you!

* For my notes, click my DELL-name and private message me the U3419W service tag number
* Here is the U3419W User's Guide
- To activate the side and bottom USB 3.0 downstream ports, pages 7 and 13 state that you must plug the USB 3.0 upstream cable from the U3419W USB 3.0 upstream port to a USB 3.0 on the PC
- Page 25 states that the USB 3.0 downstream port with the battery icon is the "power charging" port that supports up to 2A fast current charging capability if the device is BC1.2 compatible

Hi,
- To activate the side and bottom USB 3.0 downstream ports, pages 7 and 13 state that you must plug the USB 3.0 upstream cable from the U3419W USB 3.0 upstream port to a USB 3.0 on the PC
----> This has been done already
- Page 25 states that the USB 3.0 downstream port with the battery icon is the "power charging" port that supports up to 2A fast current charging capability if the device is BC1.2 compatible
----> I double-checked and neither USB port (i.e., the bottom 'side' port [label 2 on p. 11] and the bottom charging port [label 8.2 on p. 13]) are provided power to any device (e.g., portable battery, logitech k800, logitech t650).
I also tried with a different cable and device (Apple cable with iPhone 10)
Thank you
