U2419H, XPS 13 9370, no audio on monitor
Good Morning:
I have a Dell U2419H connected to Dell XPS 13 9370 via included DisplayPort cable and USB. Image works great, but I'm not able to get any audio over the speakers in the monitor. I have the drivers, made the monitor speakers default in Windows 10 and no luck. When I click test in the audio manager, the bars fill in like its sending something, but no sound. I have raised the volume as well.
When I change the speakers to the built-in XPS 13, audio works fine. Audio also works on headphones. BTW: Dell Customer Support for the monitor does not have a way to report audio problems - only image problems. Any help is most welcomed.

The U2419H does not have built-in speakers. See the online U2419H User's Guide page 9. You have to connect powered external speakers to the U2419H Audio line-out port.
