Preparing Automatic Repair problem - After Only 2 Days of Owning Labtop

I'm having the same repair loop on launch as described on the boards - I ran diagnostics and the problem is the hard drive. I just bought this lab top a few days ago. Right now i am in Delray beach FL but normally live in Napa CA. Can you send someone to me?

Is this an easy fix at best buy to wipe the hard drive?

Thanks for your post.

Depending on the type of warranty you purchased, your system may have to return to the depot for repairs.  Have you done any troubleshooting with Tech Support over the phone?  They would be able to diagnose and advise you on your best course of action to get your system running again.

Nothing.

You don't have a warranty and it sounds like you did not purchase directly from Dell and this is not a NEW laptop.

If you purchased directly from dell you don't need a receipt.
