I can not see the Dell Logo

Hi.

 

The Dell Logo not visible when boot my laptop inspiron 5100. Then, I can not entry to bios with F2.

When buy my laptop wrote my password to access a bios. A time before install Win XP SP2 and the laptop schutdown alone in any time.

I review update the bios (A06 actuality) for Bios A22.

I need help for entry to bios and clear the password supervisor for update the bios.
