Does my Dell have a backlit Keyboard
I bought my new laptop about a month ago and I really love it. I thought that when I bought it I read somewhere that it had a backlit Keyboard, but I cannot find anywhere if that is correct or not.
I have the Dell Inspiron 15 R with Touch and the Intel i5.

Hello Valeska1288,
The Inspiron 15R (5537) Touch is shipped with a Chiclet style keyboard and does not have an option of backlit keyboard.

Bugger I have just bought this laptop 5537 I also thought it had a backlit keyboard as I use for my small business and out at night with low lighting sometimes.

See above -- the **37 models don't have backlit keyboards.

Did you ever figure out the backlit keyboard? I just purchased this computer and even the box says "backlit keyboard" yet I can't figure it out. I guess I just don't get why the confirmation order, the details about the computer and now even the box all says backlit keyboard but it doesn't really have it :emotion-42:
