Can't boot to BIOS/UEFI dell XPS 13 9333
I'm current owner of a dell xps 13 9333 that after I've changed the uefi option to legacy can't boot or access BIOS. I've tried F2/f12/fn+PW (works), different keyboard, etc. Useless.
I have tried a USB boot win8 (nfts) and nothing. Operation system not found and no boot device found.
I'm pisst off with my dell. I'm serious. A 1000£ laptop can't do a simple BIOS options?????
How the hell I access my bioooosss?????

Removed The motherboard and removed CMOS battery.

This shi**** laptop came with torx so I can't remove the ssd for testing. Brrr I hate windows.

See if holding down a key through powerup will generate an error that lets you into setup.
note though: you'll need to change back to UEFI mode. to change from UEFI to legacy or back requires a reinstall of windows.

Holding down any key doesn't do anything. Just restarts. I believe its from windows 8.1.
I've tried several ways. Fn+power (works, show diagnostics and no problem)/fn+f12 nothing/fn+f2 nothing/fn+f8/etc. Nothing.
When I press F12 on my screen shows it was pressed but doesn't do anything!

Where can I find T5 Torx Screws? I lost 3 of them God knows how.
Dell sells them?

@antmir I think I'm having the same problem right now, but even if I replaced or remove the CMOS battery, it won't boot in anyway. I can hear it turns on for a split second only?
Did you need to wait an amount of time before it works again?

Do you have warranty?
If you have it, call Dell to replace the motherboard. Run Power+FN to iniciate diagnostics to see if it has any error.

Nothing happens with Power+FN.
Not sure if there is warrenty on it or how old it is. It's a company laptop.
You think it is a motherboard error?

You must press both at the same time... or Power + D.
Check your service tag online...

I tried FN & POWER - Result was a blocked laptop which needed a call to Dell to be re-animated
