Hi RON2716,
Is there any damage / liquid spillage on the system?
Does an external keyboard work fine?
When did the issue with the specified keys start? When you received the system, was there any damage on the box?
Update the BIOS - restart and check.
Restart in safe mode and check.
If the issue persists, then based on your region and warranty, we can setup a service call and replace the part if required.
Also, please click my DELL-username and write me a private message with the service tag and your Name for case records.
Let us know if you have any other queries.

Hi RON2716,
Thank you for the update.
Restart the system in safe mode and to enter your password, either use an external keyboard or use the onscreen keyboard from ease of access center.
Also, kindly test the functionality of an external keyboard on your standard account.
Enable the built in admin account and check the functionality.
Also, it is not recommended to downgrade the BIOS. However, try updating the BIOS again and check if it resolves the issue.
Keep us updated.
