Yes as far as the Specification Manual says 16GB is max.

But because of your CPU and memory type 32GB is possible???

Crucial does not have any information yet for your model so it is hard to say if 32GB can be installed.

When upgrading memory try to install matching pairs to take advantage of "Dual-channel" memory.

Crucial has updated its listing and 64GB has been tested and is available!!!

According to crucial website Dell Inspiron 5593 supports up to 64GB.

Just purchased a  Inspiron 5593. It's coming with 8 GB (2666 Mhz) of memory.

I'd like to upgrade this to 16 GB. Should I just add 8 GB of same or should I purchase and install 16 GB of 3200 MHz ????
