Hi, Thanks for the response.

I have faced some issues with after upgrading to Windows-10. After that, couldn't recover my OS. I would like to use the earlier version of OS to make it work properly.  So,  I need only Windows 7 Home basic .

I tried the link you have provided for Windows 7, But got following error message after submitting my product key,

" The product key you entered appears to be for software pre-installed by the device manufacturer. Please contact the device manufacturer for software recovery options."

Please let me know what to do?

Try this W7 download site???

Click on the window behind the AD to choose which W7 version you want to download.

Have same problem. Additionally the DVD drive is not working so cannot install OS from disk supplied by Dell

Make a bootable pendrive download windows 7 home basic iso file and install rufus then put ur pendrive and select ur iso file in rufus and u should be good then start the boot then choose windows 7 home basic in setup go through the steps and then u will get the option for entering ur product key skip that and then when ur windows are ready go to propities of windows and put ur product key there and it will activate ur old windows 
Note: it only works on the same device windows 7 installed
