Dimension E520, Max *voltage* for RAM slots
Hey,
I'm upgrading my old Dell Dimension system and wanted to know what the max memory voltage is? Motherboard code is: 0WG864.
I couldn't find any official specs. Also, has anyone tried to see if 2.1V is supported, officially or unofficially?
Thanks!

1.8V according to the Crucial Memory site. Crucial is what we suggest for non Dell branded memory as its guaranteed to work. Dell's have a history of memory compatibility with various brands - some work and some do not and not definite except in most cases Kingston Value RAM (KVR) does not work.
No tweaking of voltages in the E520 so you are stuck with the stock voltages.
I used to have an E510 and same way with that one, too.
