IRM Client for PDF Error

Good Afternoon,

I am not finding a more suitable place to post this question so I elected for the General Topic.  If someone knows of a more relevant place please feel free to direct me.

I have installed the IRM client from the EMC site EMC IRM Client for PDF (4.7.0001.0138)

The computer is running Windows 7 with Service Pack 1 - Acrobat 9.3.1 Standard (with also Acrobat Reader X)

When the user attempts to open protected content the following message is displayed:

It appears as though the error is from the IRM client - but I could be wrong.

Any Advice?
