Info on Plextor PS-708A & Pinnacle Sys card

Need info.  Have a Dell Dimension 8200-2.2GHz-512 RDRAM-64mb DDR NVIDIA GeForce3 Ti200 Graphics Card with DVI-80GB HD with a DVD+RW/CD-RWCombo Drive. I want to add a second drive Plextor PX-708A so I will than have all forms of the DVD's (+ & -)  My question. Has anyone out there installed this hardware and if so any problems?   Also still have a mojave card in my computer (having dumped the Dell Movie Studio) and now want to replace it with the card I got inside the Pinnacle Studio DV8 I just bought.  Is this a problem?     Thank uyou one all for any info you have.  Have a nice holiday.  JacSan
