The reason I would say no is that this picture is a battery from Jan 27 2009

If you have a battery that is bad you take it out and solder to a new one that has solder tabs or a battery holder and then get a fresh DL2032  CR2032 battery.

No idea if the polarity or connector from a Dell D610 is the same.
