DMC, error "Device does not meet the minimum requirements"
I currently have an Inspiron 5570 that was ordered back in 2018. About a year ago added an SSD and reinstalled Windows. I have since upgraded to windows 11.
Before I reinstalled windows I used Dell Mobile connect all the time and it worked wonderfully. However, after reinstalling windows I was not able to install Dell mobile connect. Every time I went to the app store it said that my device was not compatible.
Since downloading Windows 11 I am able to download it but once the app opens it gives me an error saying, "this device does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software"
I have seen some solutions that say changing the registry will fix this,
(Solved: XPS 13 9300, DMC, App not compatible with this device - Dell Community)
However, I do not know how to make a change to a registry and when I go to the spot in the registry that the solution points to, this is what I see. It does not match at all what I see in the solution.
Any help would be appreciated!

ScreenovateTechnologies.DellMobileConnect_3.0.9346.0_neutral___0vhbc3ng4wbp0.AppxBundle - Google Drive
install app directly from here without using store.
This will surely help
Please accept the solution if it works.

I have tried side-loading the application as well. When the app is sideloaded it will let me use it once or twice but then I get the same error message.

Hello, I had the same problem and I have been searching for days, but I had the solution to this problem (I think) which is that the app is not compatible with Windows 11, because 1. You're and I'm on Windows 11 and we couldn't get the app to work and 2. Because of this:
Those two reasons are the only ones that made me think the app is not compatible with Windows 11.
Anyways sorry for the surprise.
