Can’t use my DFS account number

I just recently created dell DFS account and prchased a Dell laptop. They sent me a letter with account number and when I created DFS account using account number on the letter i got stuck at the screen “enter my account number”. I tried many time but it still say “ something went wrong, please wait a monent and try again later”. I check my my account number and i know for the fact that i enter it correctly. This is really tiresome and frustration, why don’t we just make it simple login and make a payment, all i want to do is check my balance and make a payment on time.
