I need to clarify SnapView and RM

I am a little confused. I have 2 CX700s, 1 Prod and 1 DR. I am Cloning on prod with Replication Manager and SnapView, then SAN Copying with RM to the DR site. Our DR site wants 2 physical copies of data, so I decided to manually create clone groups and clones at the DR site and clone those LUNs.

Here is my question: Are these Clones constantly syncing or do I have to fracture and re-sync these manually?

Every time I fracture and sync these new clones, they are lightening fast and go right back to "Clone Synchronized:Normal" status

If these are in fact syncing, is there some way to show when it was last synchronized? and if that is the case, why would I have RM running at 3 hour intervals when I can set this up?
