For Resellers and Distributors purchasing the Dell APEX Subscriptions, the APEX Subscriptions Schedule (Partner) applies. The APEX Subscriptions Schedule (Partner) is a schedule to a partner’s distribution or reseller agreement, as applicable. 

Review your quote, order, subscription form, order confirmation or separately signed agreement with Dell carefully to confirm what you purchased from Dell and any additional terms and conditions.
