Marcia Williamson is Dell Technologies Senior Advisor for Account Services Management guiding Duke Health and University, Emory Heath and University and The Habitat for Humanity. In this role, Marcia has built relationships within these accounts to serve as a support services trusted advisor focused on the total customer experience and satisfaction.
Marcia is known for her dedication to exceptional customer relationships and as an advocate to accelerate escalation, so issues receive immediate attention and rapid resolution.
Marcia is a 10-year Dell Technologies veteran with prior roles in Business Data Management, Technical Support, and Workflow Management. She’s also been a team leader, mentor and participated in various projects intended to enhance and improve customer service. Prior to joining Dell in 2012, Marcia was a Quality Assurance Manager for McKesson Technologies.
Marcia holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
