Rodrigo Scorsatto is a Dell Technologies Automation Architect, part of the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team, where he plays a crucial role in the SRE team’s efforts to deliver secure, highly available, and compliant experiences to Dell’s customers. He works to continuously improve IT processes, modernize the platform, enhance observability, and automate manual tasks to reduce workload for the team and improve the ecosystem availability.
Rodrigo is a 17-year Dell Technologies veteran with prior roles as a developer, supporting IT applications and technical leading various IT teams. Before joining Dell in 2006, Rodrigo held a variety of roles at different companies over five years.
Rodrigo has been awarded three patents and holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS) College in Porto Alegre, Brazil.
