Maybe you caught me last week crying over the fact that I didn’t get to cross the big pond for our event this week, but I would never let that stop me from keeping you updated on what’s going on. In fact, I asked Angelia and Christy to provide a feel of what’ it’s like to be there. I think in all the excitement, Angelia says the event is on August 9th when it’s really tomorrow, June 9th. Can you blame her? Everybody’s going so fast! Check it out below:
“We arrived in London Monday to start the preparations for Wednesday’s event. Our first stop was Mercedes-Benz World. This is a wonderful venue for an event. The staff made us feel welcome and treated our executives to some exciting experiences on the track. As I watched the raw power of the Mercedes-Benz speeding around the track, I tried to identify the parallels to EqualLogic storage. Initially, I thought up several corny metaphors but soon realized they were interesting but not relevant. What was relevant was the experience. As our executives drove the track, they had an exhilarating experience. There was a sense of excitement and accomplishment when they stepped off the track. This is the feeling we want for users of Dell EqualLogic storage. EqualLogic is not just another storage experience but provides organizations with the ability to accomplish their goals quickly and this should generate a sense of excitement!"
