Pankaj Pande is the Distinguished Engineer of Dell Technologies Services Division. He is a long-time inventor and has delivered several game changing innovations with a vision to reduce the overall service cost per Service Request (CPS), reduce customer pain points and improve Total Customer Experience (TCE), perform reduce, eliminate and deflection (RED), improve serviceability experience while efficiently improving the productivity of support engineers by reducing their workload and Average Handling Time (AHT).
Pankaj is currently a CTO Ambassador focused on developing and disseminate of Innovation and knowledge and has received high praises, including prestigious awards and accolades from Customers, Engineering, Field and Support Engineers for his contributions.
Pankaj holds a M.Sc in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal University in India and has been with Dell Technologies for over ten years.
