Ali serves as a Senior Program Manager and the Strategic Communications Lead within Dell Digital’s Technology Transformation & Cloud Services organization. In this role, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of initiatives spanning the Voice, Database, and Reliability Enablement domains. With a visual and analytical approach, Ali drives high-value investment decisions, guides cost reduction/avoidance strategies, and optimizes resource allocation to drive tangible outcomes.
Before assuming this position, Ali has held various roles in Dell Digital for the past 7 years, including serving as the Portfolio Manager for IT Operations and programing managing several key initiatives such as the Sales Events Enablement and the Data Center Maintenance programs. Ali joined Dell through the IT Development Program Internship while studying at the University of Houston where he earned a degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) and Finance. He currently resides in Houston, Texas where he remains deeply committed to contributing to the ever-evolving technology landscape.
