Installing the power button

About this task
The following images indicate the location of the power board and provide a visual representation of the installation procedure.
Steps
- Align and place the power button on the palm-rest assembly.
- Replace the two (M2x2.5) screws to secure the power button to the palm-rest assembly.
Next steps
- Install the system board.
- Install the assembly-inner frame.
- Install the heat sink (discrete GPU) or heat sink (integrated GPU), as applicable.
- Install the M.2 2230 solid-state drive in Slot 2, if applicable.
- Install the M.2 2230 or M.2 2280 solid-state drive in Slot 1, as applicable.
- Install the memory modules.
- Install the WLAN card.
- Install the 4G WWAN card or 5G WWAN card, as applicable.
- Install the battery.
- Install the base cover.
- Install the SIM card.
- Follow the procedure in After working inside your computer.
