Removing the nanoSIM card
Prerequisites
- Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
About this task
The following images indicate the location of the nanoSIM card and provide a visual representation of the removal procedure.
This procedure is applicable to computers shipped with WWAN card only.
Steps
- Insert a pin into the release hole to release the SIM card tray.
- Push the pin to disengage the lock, and eject the SIM card tray.
- Slide the SIM card tray out of the slot on the computer.
- Remove the nanoSIM card from the SIM card tray.
- Slide and push the SIM card tray back into the slot.
