Removing the display cable
CAUTION:The information in this section is intended for authorized service technicians only.
Prerequisites
- Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
- Remove the nanoSIM card.
- Remove the base cover.
- Remove the wireless card.
- Remove the WWAN card.
- Remove the display assembly.
- Remove the display bezel.
- Remove the display panel.

Steps
- Peel the tape that secures the camera cable to the display back cover.
- Disconnect the camera cable from the camera module.
- Peel the display cable to release it from adhesive and lift the display cable off the display back cover.
