Steps

  1. Go to www.dell.com/support/home.
  2. Select your country from the drop-down menu on the lower right corner of the page.
  3. For customized support:
    1. Enter your system Service Tag in the Enter your Service Tag field.
    2. Click Submit.
      The support page that lists the various support categories is displayed.
  4. For general support:
    1. Select your product category.
    2. Select your product segment.
    3. Select your product.

  5. For contact details of Dell Global Technical Support:
    1. Click Contact Technical Support.
    2. Enter your system Service Tag in the Enter your Service Tag field on the Contact Us webpage.
