Removing the cover

  1. Follow the procedure in Before Working Inside Your Computer .
  2. To remove the cover:
    1. Loosen the captive screws that secure the cover to the computer [1].
    2. Slide the cover toward the back of the computer [2].
    3. Lift the cover from the computer [3].
