Installing the input and output board

Prerequisites

If you are replacing a component, remove the existing component before performing the installation procedure.

I/O board

Steps

  1. Locate the I/O board on your computer.
  2. Align and place the I/O board into the computer.
  3. Install the two (M2x2) screws that secure the I/O board to the computer.
  4. Connect the cable to the computer.
  5. Install the three (M2.5x5) screws that secure the hinge to the computer.
