Installing the eDP cable

Prerequisites

If you are replacing a component, remove the existing component before performing the installation procedure.

Steps

  1. Route the eDP cable along the edges of the LCD back cover.
  2. Stick the tape securing the eDP cable to the back cover and install the metal foil to secure the eDP cable to the LCD back cover.
