Removing the display hinges
Prerequisites
- Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
- Remove the Display assembly.

Steps
- Remove the six (M2.5x2.5) screws on either side securing the hinges to the back cover.
- Angle the hinges and lift the hinges up and away from the back cover.
