Getting started with SupportAssist for Home PCs

SupportAssist is preinstalled on all PCs shipped out of the Dell Technologies factory. If SupportAssist is not preinstalled, you can install it manually.

To open and use SupportAssist, search and open SupportAssist from the Start menu.

Before you start using SupportAssist, perform the following steps:

1. Sign in or create a Dell account.
2. Create a SupportAssist profile.
3. Review the Prerequisites to install and use SupportAssist.
