Update SupportAssist

• I have installed an older version of SupportAssist for Business PCs on the PCs in my organization. Should I update to the latest SupportAssist version?

  Yes, it is recommended to update to the latest version to ensure continued support and receive the full benefits of SupportAssist. • What is the expiry date for my SupportAssist installation?

  All SupportAssist installations have expiry dates. If SupportAssist is about to expire or has expired, you must update to the latest version of SupportAssist on the target PCs to ensure continued support.
