Procedure

  1. Remove the power-supply unit cable from the routing guides on the chassis fan.
  2. Disconnect the power-supply unit cable from its connector on the system board.
  3. Press the securing clip to release the power-supply indicator cable from its connector.
  4. Press the securing clip to release the power-supply fan cable from its connector.
  5. Open the securing clips and release the cables.Image: Removing the Power-supply unit
  6. Remove the five screws (M3X4) that secure the power-supply unit to the middle cover.
  7. Lift the power-supply unit with the cable off the middle cover. Image: Removing the Power-supply unit
