Upgrade from ThinOS 9.1.1131 or 9.1.2101 to ThinOS 9.1.3112 using Wyse Management Suite
You can upgrade from ThinOS 9.1.1131 or ThinOS 9.1.2101 to ThinOS 9.1.3112.
Prerequisites
- Create a group in Wyse Management Suite with a group token.
- Ensure you have downloaded the ThinOS 9.1.3112 ( DTOS_9.1Full_9.1.3112.pkg) ) firmware to upgrade.
About this task
Follow the below steps to upgrade:
Steps
- Go to the Groups & Configs page and select a group.
- From the Edit Policies drop-down menu, click ThinOS 9.x. The Configuration Control | ThinOS window is displayed.
- In the left pane, click Standard.

Standard menu, expand
Firmware, and click
OS Firmware Updates.
NOTE:If you cannot locate the OS Firmware Updates option under the Standard tab, use the Advanced tab.
- Click Browse and select the ThinOS 9.1.3112 OS firmware to upload.
- From the Select the ThinOS Firmware to deploy drop-down menu, select the uploaded firmware.

Click
Save & Publish.
The thin client downloads the firmware to install and restarts. The firmware version is upgraded.
