DTOS-2302 Intermittent issues have been observed when using a Dell KM7321W keyboard and mouse that is connected using Bluetooth. There is no workaround in this release.
DTOS-2351 An unnecessary prompt is displayed when deleting the RDP and PCoIP direct connections. There is no workaround in this release.
DTOS-2442 The USB mouse may not function after resuming from sleep mode. Reboot the client.
DTOS-2542 The ICA session may stop responding for around a minute after you enable CWA log and join a Microsoft Teams meeting. Wait for more than a minute for the session to work.
DTOS-2571 The background colors of the switched layout in the displayed menu are different in classic mode and modern mode. There is no workaround in this release.
DTOS-2745 Clients may fail to reconnect to some sessions if there are more than two disconnected sessions. Manually launch the failed connected session again.
DTOS-2753 Windows Media Player does not work in ICA sessions. Signoff ICA desktop and relaunch.
DTOS-2757 Fails to connect Citrix broker if dual networks (wired and wireless) are not in the same network. Disconnect the network that is not required.
DTOS-2758 The keyboard may not work if the mouse cursor moves on to the Citrix desktop viewer toolbar. Do not keep moving mouse on the Citrix Desktop Viewer Toolbar.
DTOS-2759 Clients cannot change BIOS password using Select Group Policy. Change the BIOS password using Device Group instead of Select Group.
DTOS-2784 After launching a Zoom session, attaching and disconnecting multiple camera devices may result in client failure. Reboot the client.
DTOS-2818 Logging in to the PNAgent server with invalid credentials or locked account displays an unknown login error. Reboot the client.
DTOS-2834 Clipping issue may be seen when connecting to session windows with long application names. Reboot the client.
DTOS-2838 Video and audio do not synchronize when playing certain videos. Reboot the client and relaunch blast session.
DTOS-2839 You cannot use the Up and Down arrow keys to switch domains. Use mouse to select instead of using keyboard.
DTOS-2840 The focus may not return to the Imprivata PIE login window. Reboot the client.
DTOS-2922 Reconnect, Disconnect, and Logoff on PNAgent menu does not function. Disconnect or Logoff from the session in the VDI. Reconnect the session manually.
DTOS-2924 The disconnected session may not reconnect after refreshed on PNAgent menu. Launch the session manually.
DTOS-2925 The disconnected session may not reconnect with auto reconnection when using PNAgent. Launch the session manually.
DTOS-2944 ThinOS may not boot after auto power off or on. Force shut down your thin client.
DTOS-2951 Change session description does not update in the Connection Manger. Open the Connection property and click Save to update the GUI.
DTOS-2973 A redundant connecting ICA session dialog box is displayed when you double-click the ICA icon in classic mode. Cancel the redundant connection ICA dialog.
DTOS-2983 Wyse 5470 Thin Client disconnecting VGA cable during VMware session shows two displays in Desktop Display Settings. Disconnect the VGA cable and relaunch the Blast session.
DTOS-2993 The Imprivata icon (when user has not logged in) appears to be blurred and must be updated. There is no workaround in this release.
DTOS-3004 If the access point is down after the device resumes from sleep mode, the wireless icon status is still displayed as Connected. Wait for 10 seconds, and the wireless icon status is automatically changed to Disconnected.
DTOS-3038 The group list on the client logon window must not be displayed after unregistering the client from the Wyse Management Suite server. Reboot the client.
DTOS-3072 You cannot use the Esc key to cancel the restart operation. There is no workaround in this release.
DTOS-3073 PCoIP session information is not displayed correctly. Read the PCoIP connections if the previous one is reset to default.
DTOS-3091 BIOS time does not get modified correctly when adjusting the operating system time. There is no workaround in this release.
DTOS-3112 The display flickers when you enable and disable policies in Admin Policy Tool. There is no workaround in this release.
DTOS-3168 Clients may not immediately detect upgrades when changing groups. Reboot the client.
DTOS-3178 If both 802.1x wired and wireless authentication are enabled, the first credential window that is displayed may block the second window. Do not set both the authentications.
DTOS-3183 Intermittently, USB ports do not work after resuming from sleep mode. Reboot the client.
DTOS-3187 Select next reboot to install packages may result in immediate package installation. There is no workaround in this release.
DTOS-3209 The display may show a blurred screen when the Wyse 5470 All-In-One display buttons are continuously pressed. Reboot the client.
DTOS-3210 Identity Automation (Healthcast) log on displays a notification message when a nonbrokered connection is configured. Configure broker before IA log on.
DTOS-3217 There is no size limitation when uploading files in local Admin Policy Tool. There is no workaround in this release.
DTOS-3246 After reboot, a log in window intermittently takes more than a minute to be displayed . Wait to log in after reboot.
DTOS-3272 Cursor icon presentation may be distorted in Remote Workstation Card sessions. This issue does not affect functionality. There is no workaround in this release.
DTOS-3283 Microsoft Teams camera preview intermittently fails during a Teams meeting. Restart Microsoft Teams.
DTOS-3306 After selecting a Wi-Fi network, you may not be able to exit first boot when you press Ctrl + Esc. Click to go through all the pages of initial setup, or plug in the network cable, and then press Ctrl + Esc.
DTOS-3361 The question entry may be hard to select in the Imprivata PIE enrollment window. Try to select the question field more times.
DTOS-3371 The error message that is displayed is not clear when attempting to launch a PCoIP connection after deleting the Teradici PCoIP package. Deploy the PCoIP package before you plan to log on to the Teradici Cloud Access broker.
DTOS-3375 The Inactive timeout does not work as described. There is no workaround in this release.
DTOS-3388 Audio device attachment may result in the need to reboot the client. Reboot the client.
DTOS-3389 7700 errors may be seen after you check in to a Wyse Management Suite server group that contains a firmware update. Wait for the client to recheck in Wyse Management Suite after the last failed check-in.
DTOS-3393 An error message stating Wrong xml format is displayed when attempting to log in to a Citrix server with incorrect DNS setting value. You must use valid DNS setting.
DTOS-3395 You cannot pick up Skype calls using the button on the USB headset. You must use the button in Skype for Business application to pick up the call.
DTOS-3409 The behaviors of domain list are different among Citrix, Horizon, and Teradici brokers. The correct domain must be selected manually.
DTOS-3412 Audio distortion occurs when you receive an incoming video call during Microsoft Teams call or meeting using the Wyse 3040 Thin Clients. The Wyse 3040 Thin Client does not support video call and screen sharing for Unified Communication features. Turn off the camera and the incoming video if you are using Unified Communication on Wyse 3040 Thin Client or transition to a Wyse 5000 series device.
DTOS-3414 The Enter key (96) does not work on some ThinOS windows (ThinOS build update window). Press Enter key(28) instead of keypad enter key(96).
DTOS-3418 When the client goes to sleep mode with smartcard inserted, the smartcard does not work for the first time after the client resumes, Reinsert the card twice and then log in.
DTOS-3438 When you set wireless roaming, it does not roam immediately when it reaches the sensitivity point . It takes 10 seconds longer to start roaming.
DTOS-3439 When you disconnect the monitor and plug it back in after a longer period, the monitor does not turn up. This issue occurs on Wyse 3040 Thin Clients. Reboot the client.
DTOS-3442 When the Wyse 3040 Thin Client connects to 2.4G 11n AP, you get a speed of 144 Mbps only. There is no workaround in this release.
DTOS-3473 When you set the screen saver mode as Moving Image or Showing Pictures, it does not work when you select Mirror mode . There is no workaround in this release.
DTOS-3487 Some QUMU videos cannot play back with BCR enabled in Citrix desktop. Disable BCR for QUMU URL to play back the videos with server rendered.
DTOS-3488 The user interface is disabled and stops working after conversion on Wyse 5470 Mobile Thin Clients. Force shut down your thin client.
DTOS-3490 Session reconnections fail randomly. Reconnect session.
DTOS-3491 After disabling capture debug log if a USB disk is inserted, log exports may fail. Plugin the USB disk before disabling capture debug log.
DTOS-3509 On rare occasions, after exiting sleep mode the device may enter the first boot script . Reboot once after reset to factory.
DTOS-3515 Smart cards may not function if two ICA sessions launch simultaneously. Log off and log on to the broker or plug out and plug in the smartcard. You may also wait for the first session to completely launch, and then launch the second session.
DTOS-3525 The upgrade message is displayed behind the ICA full screen session during a package update. Wait the package download to complete to see the upgrade dialog box.
DTOS-3527 While using Imprivata with Prove ID Web and Modern Mode, the menu bar is not hidden after tapping card to sign off. Focus on session, let the VDI menu bar be hidden.
DTOS-3531 Devices may check into Wyse Management Suite multiple times . This event log does not impact user scenarios. Ignore the event log.
DTOS-3535 VDI menu bar is displayed after launching Horizon sessions from Workspace ONE. Focus on session, let the VDI menu bar be hidden.
DTOS-3541 The exported system log time frame is not same as client time. Read the log file name to find the exported time.
DTOS-3542 Random auto power issues are seen when using a one minute timer. Set longer timer.
DTOS-3567 Analog headset microphone quality is lower than USB devices. There is no workaround in this release.
DTOS-3573 Unnecessary serial number is seen in ICA sessions after clicking Refresh in PNA menu. Click PNA menu and Refresh again.
DTOS-3020 After conversion from ThinOS 8.6 devices, do not auto reboot to ThinOS 9.1. Force shut down your thin client.
DTOS-3285 You may be unable to annotate in a Zoom call when anyone in the call is sharing screen . End the Zoom meeting and rejoin.
DTOS-3534 Citrix logon may fail when using a UPN format username with a Wyse Management Suite defined default domain. You must modify the UPN format username to ensure that default domain is cleared, to log on successfully. Or to avoid this issue, you must not set default domain and domain list from Admin Policy Tool or Wyse Management Suite if you would like to use the UPN format username for logon.
DTOS-3625 The .wbt log under /tmp should be cleared after you click Clear log. There is no workaround in this release.
DTOS-3701 Client users cannot use the Esc button to close timeout windows. Sign off from the Citrix broker.
DTOS-3702 The password is seen as plaintext for the RD Gateway input box. Do not enter gateway password in Admin Policy Tool or Wyse Management Suite.
DTOS-3703 Cannot log in to Citrix server after broker timeout. Reboot the thin client.
DTOS-3704 Intermittent busy signal in Polycom when a call is picked up by telephone. You must wait for two minutes.
DTOS-3712 Unable to switch to a full screen ICA session if session is launched in window mode. Change the session default property to Full Screen.
DTOS-3737 The Dell logo is displayed instead of Horizon Client logo when logging in to the Horizon broker with smart card. There is no workaround in this release.
DTOS-3740 Smartcard may not be seen if it is inserted after Citrix broker initialization. Plug in the smartcard first, then press Esc to reload the broker, and log in.
DTOS-3721 Webex VDI annotate does not work from the host who is sharing the screen. Annotate is not working in this release.
DTOS-3715 The default device is always selected as HD audio-2 in JVDI device selector. Manually change the audio device from JVDI to your headset or manually change thin client audio from HD audio-2 to your headset.
DTOS-3778 Webex meeting does not work in optimized mode in Citrix VDI after reinstallation of the Citrix Workspace App. Uninstall WebEx meetings VDI package and reinstall it.
DTOS-3721 Webex VDI annotate does not work from the host who is sharing the screen. Annotate does not work in this release.
DTOS-3784 HID Fingerprint Reader does not work in Citrix session if you install the Citrix Workspace App package after HID Fingerprint Reader package is installed. Uninstall HID Fingerprint Reader.pkg and reinstall it. Go to WMS server > Session Settings > Global Settings > HID Fingerprint Reader, Disable the settings > Sync the policy > Enable the setting > Sync the policy.
DTOS-3741 Configurations of the Admin Policy Tool are not displayed in the VDI session on first sign in. Sign-off from the broker.
DTOS-3856 You can sign off in shutdown menu with the policy Disable Signoff set to enabled. There is no workaround in this release.
DTOS-3803 You cannot log in to Citrix server with workspace mode when Http user Agent is set. Use classic or modern mode.
