DTOS-790 Citrix - 80160001—The audio gets distorted when you play HTML5 videos using Browser Content Redirection in the shared screen while screen sharing on Microsoft Teams. Disable Browser Content Redirection before you share a website on Microsoft Teams meeting.
DTOS-273 If you plug in the camera after you start the Zoom meeting, the camera cannot be detected in Zoom. Configure the camera before you start the meeting.
DTOS-279 ICA session is not scalable when the resolution on the client is changed. Disconnect and reconnect the session after the client resolution is changed.
DTOS-288 You must reenter password after you save layout. Enter the username and password of the ICA session.
DTOS-657 When you use Browser Content Redirection, the audio occasionally drops, and the video is not synchronized with the audio. Disable Browser Content Redirection.
DTOS-780 Lock terminal is not supported when you log in Citrix ADC (formerly NetScaler) with web-based authentication such as OTP or Azure saml single sign on. This feature is not supported in this release.
DTOS-870 Citrix80175782—On Microsoft Teams, the audio gets distorted during a meeting when all the participants mute while the screen presenter is sharing the screen or the camera, with audio. Ensure that at least one participant has not muted while the screen presenter is sharing screen or has the camera enabled.
DTOS-921 SaaS app cannot be launched. This feature is not supported in this release.
DTOS-923 Chromium Embedded Framework (CEF) for Browser Content Redirection (BCR) is not working. This feature is not supported in this release.
DTOS-939 App protection for Citrix is not working. This feature is not supported in this release.
DTOS-940 Authentication enhancement in Citrix cloud deployments does not work. This feature is not supported in this release.
DTOS-941 Citrix multiple audio is not working. This feature is not supported in this release.
DTOS-942 Citrix logging does not work. This feature is not supported in this release.
DTOS-983 Com port mapping in ICA session is not working. This feature is not supported in this release.
DTOS-991 Cursor in a Citrix ICA session is not configured. By default, the cursor shape is set as full solid black shape. The limitation is that the full solid black cursor is not visible with an application that has a black background.
DTOS-999 There is a delay of 15 s when you play a recorded sound from the voice recorder in Citrix 3D pro desktop. There is no workaround.
DTOS-943 If you delete the Zoom_Horizon package, Zoom does not work well with Real-Time Audio-Video (RTAV) for Horizon View. Install the Zoom_Horizon package.
DTOS-1149 Authenticate to domain controller (NTLM) cannot work when you use the broker type as None. There is no workaround. You must select a VDI broker to use NTLM.
DTOS-3157 Wyse 3040 Thin Client: During an audio call/meeting or screen sharing on a Unified Communications (UC) application, audio choppy issue is observed if:
  • You move the application window frequently or quickly.
  • You scroll down the Microsoft PowerPoint slide, Word document, Excel sheet, or a website page frequently or quickly.
  • You play a video in an ICA session frequently.
Move the application window slowly.

Scroll down the Microsoft PowerPoint slide, Word document, Excel sheet, or a website page slowly.

Do not play a video in the ICA session.
