Cisco Webex Teams optimization known issues

  • In Help > Health Checker > Server connection, an error message that says One or more services are inaccessible is displayed occasionally. When this error message is displayed, you cannot send messages or call other users.
  • The device stops responding occasionally during audio and video calls.
  • The video screen stays on ThinOS desktop screen occasionally if you switch to desktop during a video call.
  • Audio and video calls are supported only by TCP connection.
  • The camera does not display any image during a video call.
  • There is an occasional lag on both video and audio calls. The lag can be up to 1 minute.
  • Video flickering occurs after dragging the video window.
  • The ThinOS local desktop is shared when sharing desktop.
  • If you use a large mouse pointer size during Blast session, the mouse hides automatically when playing a video during video calls.
  • If you use several Unified Communications (UC) simultaneously, there can be unexpected errors.
  • WebEx Teams stops responding occasionally when you create a new whiteboard, due to Cisco limitations.
