Decide on VxRail logging solution
Decide whether to use your own third-party syslog server for VxRail logging. If a syslog server is already deployed in your data center and you are going to use it as a logging solution, capture the IP address.

You can choose to deploy the VMware vRealize Log Insight option as a separate activity after the VxRail cluster is built. If you choose this option, the IP address that is assigned to VMware vRealize Log Insight must be on the same subnet as the VxRail external management network.
