Software overview
VxRail uses management software for hardware and maintenance tasks, and software life-cycle management (LCM). VxRail incorporates supportability and serviceability capabilities for ease of management.
The VxRail software bundle is preloaded and licensed onto hardware that consists of the following components:
- VxRail Manager
- VMware vCenter Server
- VMware vSAN
- VMware vSphere
