Verify Network Manager is disabled
Use this task to ensure that Network Manager is disabled.
Steps
- Log in the SDS (SVMs) using PuTTY.

Run
# systemctl status NetworkManager to ensure that Network Manager is not running.
Output must display disabled and inactive.

If it is enabled and active, stop and disable the service, run:
# systemctl stop NetworkManager # systemctl disable NetworkManager
