View Protected Virtual Machines and Datastores

Use the procedure in this topic to view protected virtual machines and datastores.

Steps

  1. Log in to VMware vSphere Client.
  2. Click Menu > Dell VSI.
  3. Click Storage Systems on the left side.
    The list of registered storage systems are displayed.
  4. Click the storage system name link.
    The details of the selected storage system is displayed.
  5. Click the Protection tab drop-down and click SRM Recovery Points.
  6. To view the virtual machines and datastores protected by protection group, click the SRM Protection Groups tab. Select a protection group and click > (expand) icon to view the details of the protection group.
  7. Click Virtual Machines and Datastores tabs to view the virtual machines and datastores protected by the protection group.
  8. To view the virtual machines and datastores protected by protected storage, click the Dell Protection Groups tab. Select a protected storage and click > (expand) icon to view the details of the protected storage.
  9. Click Virtual Machines and Datastores tabs to view the virtual machines and datastores protected by the protected storage.
    NOTE The virtual machines and datastores cannot be viewed if vCenter is down or in progress of SRM/RecoverPoint recovery process.
