View Datastore Details

Use the procedure in this topic to view the details of a datastore.

Steps

  1. Log in to the VMware vSphere Client.
  2. Click Menu > Storage.
  3. Select a VMFS datastore, click Configure > Dell VSI > Storage.
    The Storage Details tab displays details of the selected datastore.
  4. In the General panel, you can see the datastore details.
    The datastore details displayed are:
    • System
    • System Model
    • Version
    • Volume ID
    • WWN
    • NGUID
    • Type
    • Status
    • Emulation
    • Storage Group
    • SRP
    • SLO
    • Number of Storage Groups
    • Snap Source
    • Snap Target
    • Snapshot Policies
    NOTE For devices that are not created using NVMe/TCP protocol, the NGUID is displayed as NA.
