PowerMax Storage Access from Dell VSI Storage Access Tab

Use the procedure in this topic to provide storage access to NAS Servers from the Dell VSI Storage Access tab .

Steps

  1. Log in to the VMware vSphere Client.
  2. Click Menu > Dell VSI.
  3. Click Storage Access tab on the left side.
    The Storage Access page is displayed. It displays all users and groups.
  4. Select a user or group from the list.
    The registered NAS Servers for the selected user is displayed in the Access Summary tab.
  5. To add the Storage Access, click + (Add) icon.
    The Add Access dialog box is displayed.
  6. Select the user or group and click EXPAND ALL to select the storage to grant access. Click ADD.
  7. To edit the Storage Access, click the Edit (Pencil) icon.
    The Edit Access dialog box is displayed.
  8. Select the user or group and click EXPAND ALL to select or remove the access. Click SAVE.
